New Member Application Package Link here for full Instructions to the Local 477 Membership Application. (Instrucciones para el local 477 Solicitud de membresia) Complete these four fillable forms: 1. Official I.A.T.S.E. Application (o Formulario para aplicacion de membresia) 2. Personal Information Form 3. Authorization for Representation and Designation of Collective Bargaining Representative 4. Authorization for Dues Check-Off Print, sign, scan and email to: staff@ia477.org. You can also mail to IATSE Local 477, 3780 SW 30th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33312. Make your payment using the PayPal button at the bottom of this page. Processing will begin when the complete application with full payment has been received. Film School Graduate offer I.A.T.S.E. Local 477 offers students who have graduated from a college-level film program full membership at a reduced rate of $600. This rate includes the cost of processing fee to the International, four quarterly stamps and initiation into the Local. Participation is limited to applicants who have graduated from an accredited film production program in the U.S. or Canada within the previous two years. Prospective graduates may pre-apply two months prior to completion of their studies. Include name of college, university, or technical school on the Personal Information Form. TO MAKE PAYMENTS TO LOCAL 477: We accept application fees and all payments for quarterly stamps, work dues and fines through one PayPal link. When paying, be sure to use the "Description" field to provide the information we need to correctly process your payment (such as the member's name and what the payment is for). WHEN MAKING PAYMENTS ON A MEMBER'S ACCOUNT, BE ADVISED THAT ALL PAYMENTS RECEIVED WILL BE CREDITED TO THE OLDEST DEBT IN THAT ACCOUNT. Please be advised that 2020 Stamps cost $75.00 per quarter and are due as follows: January 1st - April 1st - July 1st - October 1st
